How to Buy

You can purchase support for a server or desktop software application or software system in blocks of pre-purchased time; the minimum purchase is 5 days at our standard fee rates.  Our fees start from just £40 per hour for expert qualified support; the more you buy, the cheaper the support rate.  Also, any unused time remaining from the blocks you purchase is rolled on each month and never expires, so you won't need to purchase more until that block of time is used.
