Background

The London Borough of Greenwich has been looking at improving the services it delivers to its customers.

One of the key improvements has been to link various heterogeneous systems and applications so that customer requests are handled in the same way regardless of where they initially originate from.

The Data and Integration Project was devised to allow front and back-office software applications to communicate with each other and provide the best possible service to customers.
