Background

Used by 100+ users, CETS (the Commitments and Expenditure Tracking System) is a key system in the Social Services department of Greenwich Council.

The Social services department manages the provision of many services to local residents, including Domestic Care, Residential Care, Fostering, Respite, travel and meals.
