We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Software House and have used Microsoft Visual Studio to create reports for deployment via Reporting Services for many of our clients since the release of Reporting Services in 2004.

We have used Crystal Reports Professional for over 10 years, accumulating extensive development experience with releases 6 to 10. We are also able to develop and maintain the Crystal Enterprise environment.		We have used Microsoft Visual Studio to create reports for deployment via Reporting Services for many of our clients since the release of Reporting Services in 2004. Our Approach

We always advise that you fully explore the facilities that lie (often hidden) in your investment in Microsoft before you spend money on other software such as specialist MIS tools and our skilled business analysts can work with you to design a solution that makes the maximum use of your existing licence base before considering new products or developments.

We deploy Crystal Reports using Microsoft's .NET platform as part of a complete Reporting suite which includes Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) from Microsoft and iCube.NET from TCS, a cube viewer for transactional and trend analysis.

TCS have developed a large number of Management Information Systems (MIS), some using Crystal as the reporting tool, to present data mainly from SQL Server databases and occasionally using Oracle and Ingress data sources to enhance the Reporting facilities of some vertical market packages.

When working with SQL Server, TCS often recommend using SQL stored procedures to augment Crystal to enhance overall data integrity and system performance.

The reporting and analysis suite for an award winning Local Government housing benefit overpayment recovery system. For a leading Insurance Broker the bespoke development of over 70 Crystal Reports for a new Management Reporting System extracting data from a new UK Insurance Industry package. Custom HTML reports and analyses for over 300 fee earners individual utilisation and profitability, by discipline, by project, by client, for a Construction Consultancy. Data was extracted from a specialist time recording system, analysed and published on their corporate intranet. Reports for a Council Welfare Benefits "out reach team" to keep their management, Voluntary Sector partners and Central Government informed of campaign progress with minimum administration. Performance Reports suite and Claims Profile analysis using three years of data for an Insurance Underwriter For a Travel Industry client, reporting systems analysing load factors and margins to identify the profitability of particular charters and package offers.

Since 2005, TCS has provided a facilities management service for a major Crystal Enterprise installation with over 100 users from many departments. This support covers maintaining the technical environment, report writing, assisting users to write their own reports, resolving report performance issues, and helping inexperienced users.
