Pricing

At TCS our daily fees are dependent upon the experience of the IT professional.  We have a policy of assigning the most appropriate resource to a particular task in accordance with our clients' needs, budget and timescales.

We also divide our fees into two categories according to the type of work; development work and support work.

Development Work

Our guide-line daily fee rates for development work during 2009 are as follows:

Our fees reflect the professionalism of our staff and the efficient processes our company has evolved in order to deliver the desired results on time, on budget and on spec.

Support Work

Our fees for support and administration work can be purchased in blocks of prepaid time.  When we provide support, the prepaid time is used according to need and in blocks of 15 minutes.  Our hourly fee rate also varies depending upon how many hours you purchase.  Our blended hourly rates for 2009 are as follows:

Special Offers

We offer introductory discounts for new business and also have a discount scheme for long term support contracts and volume licence purchases.

On various pages of this website, an offer of up to 5 days free consultancy is given.  This offer is made to allow TCS to fully understand the scope of your requirements and produce a detailed estimate for your approval without any financial commitment on your part.

You can therefore feel safe in asking us to talk to you about your requirements knowing that we will not pressure you into making any commitment if you decide not to go ahead with our estimate.

Notes

Daily Fees are correct at time of publishing (July 2008).

All fees are exclusive of VAT.

TCS have a policy of billing in blocks of 15 minutes or part thereof.

Daily Fees are based upon a 7.25 hour day and charged on a pro-rata basis.

Our fees are reviewed each year on 1st April.

Please view these fees as a maximum guide.  Rates for individual tasks may vary, yet the Daily Fee for a particular grade of professional will not exceed the rates specified above.

All estimates state the grade of professional assigned to a particular task.

The estimate and any accompanying documentation remain the copyright property of TCS Computer Services and may be subject to change or withdrawn at any time unless otherwise explicitly stated in the estimate document itself or in our accompanying terms and conditions.
