All these systems were developed using rapid application development tools which usually enable economical amendments to be undertaken where needed. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass the savings onto our Clients.

Reliable

When designing a system, we always engineer exception reporting and system diagnostics that are able to report any errors to which our support staff are able to respond often prior to our clients being aware of any potential issue.

This proactive approach to support ensures that our systems are maintained to the highest standard so as to prevent interruption to the services provided by the councils to their clients.

Dynamic

TCS know that local authority systems are on the whole more difficult to define and more complex in their functionality because so many involve dealing with problems of the people who live within their boundaries. These systems are often vulnerable to legislation change from Government, the details of which can be available to the authority with insufficient notice to enable them to amend systems in a normal timeframe prior to implementation.
