Local Government Profile

TCS have been working with local authorities since 1986 and understand many of the pressures that council officers experience while delivering support services to their clients.

We structure projects to assist early delivery while providing extra support where needed. This extra support helps to cope with the problem that most senior local government officers have of providing time for new initiatives in the face of the high pressure created by day to day tasks.

TCS also know that on those rare occasions when there is a serious support problem - whatever the cause - the key issue is to resolve it first, get the service back up and then review that cause after.

We take that approach because we know that it is performance under pressure that builds real confidence in a long term relationship. Councils have that relationship with their clients and we are structured to have it with ours.
