TCS have been providing focused management information for professional service organisations since 1974.

For most professional organisations, the monitoring of the performance of the business at departmental and individual level, are keys to their management of the business. Also systems delivered to the desk top in a way that helps to focus the mind of the individual have to be crafted to the reality of the environment in which he or she operates.

There are many systems available that process the raw management data and provide general reporting. TCS know from experience that for many organisations this is not enough to engage users in the process of improvement and the meeting of management goals.

We add that vital extra layer by working closely with the management of the organisation to understand what they are looking for and bring our technical and management experience to bear in producing a solution.

As such, one of our solutions, Visible Practice, began as an extension to a Packaged Legal Practice Management System in order to improve MIS and has now grown to become a highly cost effective, flexible management information delivery system.
