Managing Director
Mr Gent joined TCS in 1968. |

Technical Director
George became a full time computer programmer
working for a software house in 1969 having
learned to program previously as an aeronautical
engineer. He has since alternated between
working for computer users and software houses
in capacities ranging across programmer,
systems designer, systems analyst, project
leader, project manager software manager and
computer manager. Since joining TCS in 1984,
George has been responsible for all aspects of
the recruitment and development of our staff
skills specialising in SQL Server, enabling TCS
to become a Microsoft Certified Partner (later
to become a Gold Certified Partner). Interest
has been maintained in systems analysis and
design and resulted in the development of
several specialised systems used by our numerous
clients and in particular the inception of what
was to become iCube.NET. George is a Fellow of
the British Computer Society having initially
graduated as an aeronautical engineer and gained
chartered engineer status during his computing
career. George is married with one son one
daughter and a granddaughter from each. Outside
work George enjoys dinghy sailing and gardening
although gaining a sensible balance between
these 2 loves is a constant challenge. |

Business Development Manager
Jeremy gained his BSc. in Computer Science at
the University of Kent at Canterbury in 1992 and
has worked as a Programmer and Project Manager
for various companies gaining experience of
developing software in Supply Chain, Defence,
Retail and Insurance industries. He is
also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Jeremy joined TCS in 2004, starting as a Senior
Programmer/Analyst and later becoming a
Consultant on systems support. He is now
working as the Business Development Manager and,
whilst continuing to support many clients'
systems, is also using his website and
development skills to maintain this site and
ensure that it is promoted in as many places as
possible. He is also leading the development
of iCube.NET (including the submission
to VeriTest to achieve it's Microsoft Certified
status) and managing any related promotional campaigns.
Jeremy is married with two sons and one daughter
and enjoys squash, golf and various motor
sports. |
