Synopsis: Managing the financial relationship between staff, clients and suppliers

Performance

CETS maintains the financial position of over 200 suppliers and agencies and 15,000 social services clients.

The system is accessed by 50 users who continually create, update and authorise invoices and payments to and from any of the suppliers, agencies and clients.

Authorisation of invoices is secure and centrally managed by the Authoriser who may authorise in excess of 200 invoices a day.

Invoices are exported and feed to the central Creditors system, providing a substantial reduction in manual paper-intensive work-load.

Cost saving

Integration with the core Creditors system has reduced the manpower requirement and introduced a cost saving in excess of £45,000 for each year since the software's launch in 2003.

The software has also allowed tighter control and higher throughput of the departments Creditor invoice processing substantially reducing the current liabilities.

Also, the higher control and throughput has also helped decease the total of outstanding Debtor invoices.
